All Laundry Maid products are supplied ready for use, if you find any faults in them this must be reported immediately in writing. Faulty goods should be returned within 28 days of purchase and replacements will only be sent out when the faulty items have been received by us.

Shipping costs to return faulty items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The following terms and conditions of use of this web site must be agreed to before using the site. If you disagree with any of these, please cease using the site immediately.
